This service agreement applies to all users of the site, including browsers and customers.

Service

The Patriot Cleaners offers the Service at its website https://www.thepatriotcleaners.com or by calling 972-750-6177. Residential and commercial trash bin cleaning service that initiates a recurring subscription for selecting any of the recurring service plans. Residential service will be performed and billed on a subscription basis. This subscription renews automatically unless canceled prior to your anniversary date and must be in writing and delivered by email to info@thepatriotcleaners.com

Promotions

Our promotions are available for new customers only. The availability and location of our promotions are subject to change without notice. As a professional cleaning service, we strive to offer the best possible promotions to our customers. However, we reserve the right to modify or refuse promotions at any time to ensure that our services remain of the highest quality. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and look forward to providing you with the best possible service.

By accepting any promotion, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Customer Responsibilities

Commercial will be charged prior to service is preformed. In order for The Patriot Cleaners to provide its services, the customer must abide by the following conditions, or service could be interrupted or postponed, or canceled.
Additionally, the customer understands that The Patriot Cleaners will make every effort to get all debris out of the bins, but certain substances require several treatments to be completely removed. Certain substances are permanent, and some stains can not be removed.
Customer will allow The Patriot Cleaners to utilize driveway for cleaning process when necessary for safety reasons. The Patriot Cleaners will refuse to work on certain roads that present a danger to employees or assets. The customer’s driveway may be utilized in certain circumstances, and the customer releases The Patriot Cleaners from any and all damages.
Customer assumes all responsibility for condition of the bin when not actively being cleaned by The Patriot Cleaners or its associates. Customer understands that some overspray may occur during cleaning process and releases The Patriot Cleaners from any responsibility of damages to property.
Customer may request a rescheduled appointment in the event they are not able to get bins outside for service. Multiple reschedule requests may be denied and a charge may apply to customer’s account in the amount of service.
It is customer’s responsibility to make their empty bins available to be cleaned. Service notifications are sent out multiple times in advance via email and/or text message. If The Patriot Cleaners does not receive any email, text or phone response to reschedule and shows up to find no bins, full bins, or bins that are not able to be cleaned due to reasons stated above, the customer is subject to $25 reschedule fee.

Rescheduling Fee for Non-recurring service plans.

If your can(s) can not be serviced on the scheduled day, please notify us by 6:00 p.m. the day before service, and we will reschedule your cleaning for the following month. If you do not notify us and we can not provide service due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified by email why we could not provide service. Due to the cost associated with sending our employee and vehicle to your home no refund can be provided. The Patriot Cleaners provides email notifications regarding your service; please check your junk email folder to ensure info@thepatriotcleaners.com communication is being received.

The Patriot Cleaners Responsibilities

The Patriot Cleaners will schedule the customer’s service on a pre-planned route and notify the customer leading up to the day of service via email and/or text message. The Patriot Cleaners will attempt to service all bins on its pre-planned route.
From time to time, The Patriot Cleaners may service bins before trash/recycling has been picked up. In this case, the technician may choose to bag up any trash/recyclables from the bins into a new clean heavy duty bag. The bins will be cleaned, and the clean trash bag may be reinserted into the clean bins to then be picked up by the customer’s waste hauler.
If The Patriot Cleaners is unable to provide its service(s) on the scheduled day due to inclement weather, vehicle maintenance, unforeseen events or otherwise, it will make every attempt to notify the customer in advance and reschedule the customer to the next available opportunity. Due to route scheduling conflicts and/or extended inclement weather, the service visit may be canceled until the following scheduled service date.

Winter Weather Policy: The Patriot Cleaners first priority is the safety of our customers and their property, our employees, and our equipment. At times that will include canceling appointments due to inclement weather conditions. The Patriot Cleaners will attempt to reschedule, but sometimes that may not be possible and a cancellation of that service visit may occur. In the event of a cancellation, a subscription client may have to wait until the next scheduled cleaning visit for service. At times The Patriot Cleaners may not be able to clean the exterior of the bins due to excess water overspray. The inside will still be cleaned, sanitized and deodorized, and the majority of the wastewater will be collected on the truck. In the event of a cancellation or reschedule due to weather, the client will be notified via email and/or text. The Patriot Cleaners will not be held responsible for frozen water left behind from the cleaning process and the client hereby releases The Patriot Cleaners from any liability.

Charges

Subscription and One-time cleaning

Payment will be due and must be paid prior to cleaning. Credit/Debit card information will be entered by the client on the Quote Acceptance Form.

Monthly subscription, payment date will be charged once every month on a recurring schedule.  Signing up for monthly subscription requires the client to receive 3 cleanings before cancellation.  If canceled before 3 cleanings are completed, a $30 one time fee will be charged.  Canceling after 3 cleanings are completed, client will not incur a $30 fee.

Bi-Monthly subscription, payment date will be charged once every other month on a recurring schedule.  Signing up for bi-monthly subscription requires the client to receive 2 cleanings before cancellation.  If canceled before 2 cleanings are completed, a $30 one time fee will be charged.  Canceling after 2 cleanings are completed, client will not incur a $30 fee.

Quarterly subscription, payment date will be charged once every quarter on a recurring schedule.  Signing up for monthly subscription requires the client to receive 2 cleanings before cancellation.  If canceled before 2 cleanings are completed, a $30 one time fee will be charged.  Canceling after 2 cleanings are completed, client will not incur a $30 fee. A Cancellation must occur 14 days in advance of next scheduled service date. Cancellation notice is required via telephone and and delivered by email to info@thepatriotcleaners.com.

The customer agrees to pay all charges for the service(s) and any applicable taxes. The Patriot Cleaners reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Changes in pricing may be communicated to the customer via updates to the website and/or email. It is the customer’s right to choose to continue or discontinue the service at any time. The service will continue on a recurring basis until canceled by the customer.

Service Based Payment (Pay as you go):

The Patriot Cleaners reserves the right to modify the service at any time for the betterment of our customers and the overall success of the service program. Customer may adjust service frequency at any time and will accept the price difference to do so. Customers may request a change to the selected service plan 7 days in advance of the next scheduled service. The Patriot Cleaners provides email notifications for notifications regarding your service; please ensure that info.thepatriotcleaner.com is not sent to your spam email folder. 

SERVICE Locations

Certain services may be available online exclusively through the website. We reserve the right to restrict or change services to individuals, regions, or jurisdictions, but we are not obligated to do so. We’ll be exercising this right on a case-by-case basis.

Default Payments

You agree to provide current, full and accurate purchase and account information for all services purchases made on our website. You conform to promptly update your account and other information, such as your email address, credit card number, and expiration date, to perfect your transaction and to contact us if necessary. The Patriot Cleaners reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service without notice upon rejection of any credit or debit card charges, or if the customer’s card issuer (or its agent or affiliate) seeks return of payments previously made to The Patriot Cleaners. Such rights are in addition to and not in lieu of any other legal rights or remedies available to The Patriot Cleaners.

Cleaning, Sanitization, and Disinfection

The customer understands that The Patriot Cleaners customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We will make every effort to get your bins as clean as possible! We want them all to look brand new, but the reality is that most garbage bins have been heavily abused for many years. We will use several different techniques to remove stubborn stains and gunk, but sometimes it takes multiple treatments to get everything off the inside. This is another reason we recommend our subscription plans. Your bins will continue to get better and better with each treatment. We use high pressure hot water which is great defense against germs and the environments they thrive in, but that The Patriot Cleaners can not guarantee the complete elimination of all contagions within, around and on garbage bins. The Patriot Cleaners will make all reasonable efforts to sanitize and disinfect to the best of their ability, but makes no claims to prevent disease and/or the spread of contagions.

Washing Terms

Pricing includes all materials and labor. Any alterations or deviation from the above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above this estimate. Windows and other areas may be spotted following pressure washing service and may require a separate cleaning service. Cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a trip fee starting at 25% of the initial estimate*

*** Payment is due at time of service***

By accepting this quoted job you personally guarantee full payment by the terms set in this estimate. Payment is always due at the time of service unless written and contracted otherwise. Customer agrees to pay all costs of collections including attorney’s fees, court fees, and cost of liens.
