When does my service start?
Our routes are optimized around your trash pickup days to ensure that your bins are empty for optimal service. We will schedule your service for the next available trash pickup day following your registration date.
What if I’m traveling?
That’s ok! If you let us know as soon as possible, we’ll endeavor to reschedule you. If we have already arrived, there will be no refund or rescheduling cleaning.
Am I allowed to cancel my service at any time?
You can, indeed! At The Patriot Cleaners, all you must do is let us know if you need to take a break from our services. However, we kindly request that you give us up to 60 days’ notice.
What if my HOA will not allow cans out past a certain time on trash collection day?
Please contact your HOA and let them know you will be having your trash cans cleaned and what schedule you are on. If you would like us to contact them for you, please provide us with their contact information. Most HOAs are flexible when it comes to this type of service.
Do I have to be at home?
No, you are not required to be home. Just leave your cans out on the scheduled cleaning day out on the curb and we will handle the rest.
Why should I hire a professional to clean my trash can?
To eliminate or kill the bacteria and diseases that breed in your trash and recycling containers, more is required than just a hose and bleach. Additionally, choose how to deal with the used water after cleaning. We safely dispose of wastewater in addition to cleaning and sanitizing your trash cans.
I was charged, however, My bins were not washed?
Once you’ve signed up for your one-time or recurring service, our team will work to get you added to our cleaning schedule as soon as possible.
For monthly cleanings, you will be charged on the 1st of the month and your can will be cleaned within that calendar month and approximately every 4 weeks thereafter. For Bi-Monthly cleanings, you will be charged at the beginning of each 2 month period (on the 1st of that calendar month), and your cleaning will take place approximately once every 8 weeks. For quarterly cleanings, you will be charged at the beginning of each 3 month period (on the 1st of that calendar month), and your cleaning will take place approximately once every 12 weeks.
Will my bins be spotless?
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We will make every effort to get your bins as clean as possible! We want them all to look brand new, but the reality is that most garbage bins have been heavily abused for many years. We will use several different techniques to remove stubborn stains and gunk, but sometimes it takes multiple treatments to get everything off the inside. This is another reason we recommend our subscription plans. Your bins will continue to get better and better with each treatment. All that said, if you are not happy with the result, then we are not happy. Please reach out if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, and we will do what it takes to make it right for you!
Can we alternate what bins we clean?
Bins must be the same two bins originally set for cleaning and cannot be swapped out with other bins. The plans consist of one or two trash bins per plan selected (recycling bin may be used as second bin if it is empty at the time of service for the first bin). Please contact us for discounts on one time cleaning on additional bins. *discounts only applied if customer is signed up for subscription plans.
